SALES AND RESERVATION POLICY

– Customer can use any of following payment methods:
1-Cash – In case the value of vehicle is less than 100,00 Sr (or as per the
government regulations from time to time)

2- Bank deposit

ATM transfers, Internet transfer, phone transfers and manual transfers – must provide original receipt
in case of manual bank transfer. The procedures for any deposit will only be completed after been confirmed by
“bank account statement 11, and “original deposit voucher “with Accounts department in
the same month of deposit. In all cases, it may take up to-1 to 4 working days to accept payment to complete the purchasing process, as required by the bank and company policy in each case. Refunds for payments been deposited by check may take a minimum of 10 working days, to issue this check.
3- In case of violations of the above instructions, it may result in the following:
a. Selling procedures will not proceed except in the next month after deposit
b-The deposited amount is not allowed to be used in the completion of the sale, and the amount is refunded to the customer in the next month of the deposit date.

4- Reservation:
1. Reservation amount is not a deposit and shall not constitute a contract for the sale or purchase of the vehicle
2. Once the reservation amount is confirmed as paid, MOTORS GATE COMPANY will reserve the vehicle for the days mentioned in the agreement, unless extended under a separate written agreement.

c- the reservation amount will be applied to the price of that Vehicle.

d- In case the customer failed to inform MOTORS GATE COMPANY of their decision not to purchase the vehicle after the lapse of the reservation period, the reservation amount is forfeited and will not be refunded.
